Rest/Recover- 60 minute RTW or Z1 your choice

I chose to do 60 min on the assault bike. I might look into joining Lifetime or some place else that has a lap pool. I used to swim in Florida a lot and I would like to be able to do that on my rest/recover day if that is ok?

Also since most people have Wednesday’s off I would like to switch my rest/recover day to Thursday. The gym wasn’t that crowded today so I would rather do a workout on Wednesday and rest/recover on Thursday since more people will be in the gym.
